As a pet friendly property, we ask all guests to provide their dog's information BEFORE booking. We want to make sure A Bear Moment is a good fit for your pet. Please send the following information with your inquiry:

A Bear Moment welcomes adult dogs up to 75 pounds. Sorry--no puppies, kittens or cats. The pet stay fee is $125.00 plus tax and is charged PER PET. We appreciate any supporting details so we can determine if you pet is a good fit for the cabin. We may be able to consider two dogs. Dogs must be experienced travelers. Absolutely no confining of pets to the bedroom or bathroom.

🔲 NAME, AGE, BREED, WEIGHT

🔲 Flea/tick control program

🔲 Confirm you will bring a crate or indoor dog play-pen and use it for when your dog is staying alone at the cabin.

🔲 Agree that you will not allow your pet on the bed(s)

🔲 Agree to pick up after your dog in the yard or on walks
